NOTICE OF MEETING

CHASE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Tuesday, April 28, 2026

     The board will convene at 8:00am on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, in the Commissioner room at the Chase County Courthouse, Imperial, NE for their regular meeting.  The meeting is open to the public.

     Open forum is 8:00-8:30am and again at the end of the meeting. Any issue needing board action must be on the agenda. If no one from the public is present agenda items may be addressed. 

     Public Hearing for comment for or against the proposed planning/zoning regulations and comprehensive plan will be at 8:30am.

     Board of Equalization will convene at 9:00am for a tax correction.

     An agenda will be kept current and available to the public during normal business hours at the Chase County Clerk’s Office. Agenda may be modified at such meeting to include items of an emergency nature pursuant to Section 84-1411 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes.
