Welcome to the Chase County Treasurer

Pursuant to Nebraska State Statues, the County Treasurer collects property taxes to be distributed to schools, fire districts, city, village, etc. In conjunction with the State Department of Motor Vehicles we also provide services for motor vehicle registrations and titles.

Our office is open between the hours of 8:00am- 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

NEW & IMPROVED NEBRASKA TAXES ONLINE WEBSITE! Here are some of the key features of the new website.

Search results now try to match related statements based on the same logic used to bundle tax statements for mailing.
Added functionality to allow paying drainage and occupation taxes.
All taxes that are due for a parcel are now automatically added to the shopping cart when adding any payments for the parcel. This includes real estate (base and excess), drainage, and occupation taxes.
Back taxes can be processed for a single parcel allowing a user to pay them all at once if they are not in a tax sale.
Graphs added to allow the user to see where their tax dollars are going for each statement.
Optimized layout to improve the look and feel of the site on mobile devices.
