NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Chase County Planning Commission on March 9, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. in the Commissioners meeting room in the Chase County Courthouse at 921 Broadway in Imperial, NE. Said public hearing will be to take public testimony for or against the proposed Chase County, Nebraska Comprehensive Plan-2035 and Chase County Zoning Regulations. An up-to-date agenda is kept continuously current and available for inspection at the Chase County Clerk’s office. This agenda may be enlarged until twenty-four (24) hours before the meeting, after which only an item of emergency nature may be added.
