The Chase County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing July 28, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioners meeting room in the Chase County Courthouse at 921 Broadway in Imperial, NE.
Said public hearing will be held to consider a conditional use permit application for, and hear public comment on, the proposed construction of a 449’ guyed telecommunications tower at 73689 338 Ave, Enders, NE 69027 located in Section 9, Township 6 North, Range 37 West, by KGI Wireless on behalf of Verizon Wireless, 14425 Falcon Head Blvd, Bldg E, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78738.
An up-to-date agenda is kept continuously current and available for inspection at the Chase County Clerk’s office. This agenda may be enlarged until twenty-four (24) hours before the meeting, after which only an item of emergency nature may be added.
